Refund policy

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unopened, in the same condition you received them, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

To start a return, simply email us at info@nikiaboutique.com.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and returns must be sent to our designated return address, which we will provide once your return request is confirmed.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Need a different size or colour? We offer exchanges. Contact us, and we'll help you get sorted.

Accidentally ordered the wrong thing? You can cancel your order any time before it has been processed. Once processing has begun, we're unable to cancel it.

We do not charge a restocking fee.
